Currently serving as the Executive Director for the Essex Regional Educational Services Commission, Mr.Vauss also served as the Assistant Superintendent of Schools for Business and Legal. Anthony’s leadership and respect are renowned throughout the state, as evidenced by the countless resolutions he has received from the State of New Jersey, the County of Essex, and the Township of Irvington.
In addition to his professional achievements, Anthony is a proud member of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated, showcasing his commitment to community and personal growth. Anthony has also served as the esteemed Mayor of the Township of Irvington, further solidifying his dedication to public service.

Outside of his professional life, Anthony is happily married to his lovely wife, April, and is a proud parent of two children and a grandchild. He firmly believes that education is the key to empowerment, and he is dedicated to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to achieve their goals.
