Notice of Qualifications Solicitation

Qualifications Solicitation Process: Qualifications are being solicited through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. Interested parties may obtain the Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from the Essex Regional Educational Services Commission located at 333 Fairfield Road, Fairfield, NJ 07004. Please contact Michael Steinmetz, QPA, at the Commission’s office between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, or access the RFQ on the ERESC website: eresc.org/bidspecs.

Requesting RFQ: Qualification submissions may be requested by contacting the Purchasing Agent’s office at (973) 405-6262 ext. 253. Upon request, RFQ documents can be mailed to interested parties.

Inquiries and Clarifications: All inquiries regarding the RFQ must be made in writing and directed to the Purchasing Agent. Questions can be faxed to (973) 405-6565.

Submission Requirements: Submissions must adhere to the specifications provided. One (1) original and one (1) CD copy of the submission must be delivered to the Qualified Purchasing Agent before the specified deadline for Qualification(s) receipt.

Important Notes:

• All information requested in the Request for Qualifications must be provided; failure to do so may result in disqualification.
• Submissions must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the specific services for which the Qualification is being submitted.
