Cardiovascular disease is the No. 1 killer of women. On Friday, Feb. 6 wear red to be seen, to be counted, to be heard, and to make an impact. We have resources to help. Together, we can be stronger than heart disease and stroke.

This month, we encourage our students and families to learn about heart health and the importance of healthy habits like staying active, eating nutritious foods, and making time for self-care. Small steps today can lead to a lifetime of strong, healthy hearts!

National Wear Red Day is Friday, February 6, 2026.
